Consume feeds

The easiest way to read feeds is to set up an account in a free online reader (aka "aggregator"). Stand-alone feed reader applications may offer more features, but lack the "log in from anywhere" convenience of an online reader.

Feed readers keep track of the stories you have already seen, so you just see the stuff that is new to you.
